The hotel was very clean and had modern facilities. The cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel's location was excellent, close to three Metro stations and in a nice area. Transportation options were convenient, with the Rome metro station nearby and the rail line within reach. I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English.

The walls were extremely thin, allowing for noise from neighboring rooms to be heard. the area surrounding the hotel was quite dull, lacking in vibrant cafes or restaurants.
